All products come with a detailed User's Guide, step-by-step Tutorials, and a built-in Help function for on-the-spot answers.

For the first year from date of purchase, we also provide all customers with our comprehensive customer support package that includes:

24-hour access to on-line Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) specific to each product line
Phone support Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm CST
On-line support via email
Software updates

Hardware
The standard manufacturers warranty applies to all hardware. All customers are automatically registered with the manufacturer at the time of purchase. Extended warranties are available through iPocket.

Software
Software updates and new software releases are available for direct download or can be mailed directly to you on diskette. All software is supported through our Customer Support Center.
